Hi, I’m Jeyy Eem—an aspiring social media manager with some experience in digital marketing support.

My journey began in 2022 when a business owner gave me the opportunity to become a page handler and social media assistant for her two businesses, which offered candles and beauty products. At the time, I didn’t fully understand what social media management involved. I simply enjoyed social media, spent plenty of time online, and was curious about how businesses could connect with people through their content.

That opportunity sparked my interest. I began learning through hands-on experience, supporting family- and friend-owned businesses along the way.

In 2026, I decided to pursue this path more intentionally. Through internships, practical projects, and continuous learning, I’ve been developing my skills in content creation, social media management, and community engagement.

Today, my goal is to help small business owners show up consistently on social media and share what makes their businesses special. I’m still early in my journey, but I bring creativity, care, reliability, and a willingness to learn to every opportunity.

My personal brand as an aspiring social media manager with a developing background in digital marketing. Since March 2026, I’ve used this account to experiment with content, practice my social media skills, and share my learning journey.

MY CREATIVE PRACTICE

  • Experimented with social media content ideas and formats on my own account.
  • Created branded graphics, educational posts, and relatable storytelling content.
  • Used my account as a space to apply what I learn about social media management.

Recently, I’ve been less active on the account while focusing behind the scenes on learning, upskilling, and seeking freelance work and job opportunities. My brand remains an ongoing part of that journey.

My own online inspired-perfume business, which I managed from December 2024 to February 2025. This personal business project gave me hands-on experience presenting products and creating promotional content for my own brand.

MY CONTRIBUTIONS

  • Managed my own online perfume business.
  • Created branded product graphics and scent availability posts.
  • Designed promotional, seasonal, and customer-appreciation content.

I later closed the business to focus on my family, as limited time for promotion and the requirements for continuing on Shopee made it difficult to sustain.

Hair Doctor by NSE

· One-month project

Reconnected with the owner of NSE Home and N Skin Essentials almost a year after our earlier work together. For this one-month project, I prepared social media content to support an initial market trial of her Hair Doctor products.

MY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Created a one-month social media content calendar.
  • Designed social media graphics for the product’s market trial.
  • Wrote captions to accompany the planned content.

BEHIND THE SCENES

A little space,
a lot of heart.

Two versions of my work setup, one purpose: to keep learning, creating, and building a better future for my family.

I don’t have a permanent workspace at home, so my setup moves from one spot to another. It’s simple and still a work in progress, but these are the tools that help me earn a living and work toward my goals.

My husband bought this equipment for me two years ago, when I was working as a Business Process Specialist assisting property managers. Since then, I’ve done my best to take care of it.

I hope to upgrade someday as the right client or work opportunity comes along. For now, I’m grateful for what I have—and for every chance to grow.
